2003 Chestnut Polish Arabian Stallion; Standing 15.0 Hands
Sired by *Kordelas, Out of *Kwestura (Monogramm)
Reining, Cutting and Working Cow Horse
Kordura was purchased from Dawn when she was leaving Sim. When he first came to us, I left him out to pasture a lot, letting him grow up and just learn to be a horse. Eventually we put him into training for Reining and he really seems to have a knack for it. Surprisingly we also discovered that he has a ton of cow sense, for an Arabian and have since put him into Cutting and Working Cow Horse training as well. He is sired *Kordelas, an amazing 1994 stallion, whom was bred by Michalow State Stud and in 2001 was named Champion Senior Stallion at Merrist Wood. His foals have proven that they can compete against the big dogs and we hope our colt will be no different. Kordura is out of the Monogramm daughter, *Kwestura. *Kwestura has an amazing show record. She was named the 1996 Polish National Champion Filly, 1999 All Nations Cup Champion Mare, 2000 European Championships Champion Senior Mare, 2002 US National Champion Mare. Not to mention, in 2000 and 2001 she was named Polish National Champion Mare! Kwestura is one hell of a horse, and we are extremely proud to have a son out of her. We're hoping he can follow in his sire's footsteps and become an amazing western mount while also holding his own in the halter ring, like his dam.
Please note that show records are not completely up-to-date.
