I'm sure you guys have seen it all over, but there's the two bills in congress that are going to sensor internet selling, etc. This means sites like Craigslist, Ebay, Google, etc. will be affected, and if you make side-money (like we do) selling things on Ebay, CL, and other related classifieds (thesamba.com for us), you will be directly affected. Anyway, I thought I'd pass this one...the ones that are for the bills are companies like WalMart, Gucci, etc. who feel that people selling things online are taking away from their profits. If you have a moment, you might want to check this out and send your word, if you can:

Shelly brought a good point: "This just doesn't threaten big sites like craigs list, ebay, wikipedia, ect. It can trickle down to games like hf. And if you're international, sign it! It will affect everyone."
Remember, us simmers are "notorious" for using people's photos of horses, and we are lumped into "that" category whether we get them legally by asking permission or not. Not to mention there might be ranches out there with the same stable name as ours (I know there's a C&H Ranch...but they popped up on the internet well after I created C&H in 1998). This could also have the potential for us to not interact with our international sim friends any longer.
Sim games are at a high risk for this as well because of only two of these important aspects...but more as well.
