I'm gonna have a lot and was wondering where the best spot to resell textbooks would be. Ideally I'd like to resell the best ones for a good portion of their worth, because I KNOW they're worth that much. However, I don't want to mess around. I just want the money and I know there's no much demand for used textbooks in my area... I got an email from B&N "guaranteeing" the best prices. Anyone have anywhere else that's better then B&N?

Usually universities pay really well for text books. You can also rent most books now-a-days, which is cheaper and easier to do, BUT you can't write, highlight or mess them up. There are a lot of options for selling back books. Discount stores are also an option, but they usually won't pay a whole lot.

My college pays s*** for old textbooks. We had brand new textbooks for one of my classes last fall, they were right around $80, and the best condition books (the one that was still in the wrapper) got $12 back. So far B&N is the best option that I found, plus they pay shipping.
