Hey gals. Since I'm getting laid off in Nov, I have been looking for jobs, and have not been paying attention to SIM like I normally do. Until I actually secure another job, and get settled, my activity is going to be very limited. I will still check the boards, but horses probably won't be getting updated like they were. Horses will continue to show, however.
Once the end of the year rolls around I hope to be settled.

yeah - I have my resume up on Career Builder right now... I'm actually getting a LOT of hits off of there. So we'll see. I'm actually getting ready right now for my interview this afternoon. |

Just an Update:
Got offered a job with the Company I had a long second interview with. Door to door sales for Verizon. I'm bothered when someone comes to my door at dinner time and tries to sell me shit.... I sure as hell don't want to do it to them. I'd suck at it. "Hi, are you eating dinner? okay, have a great meal."
I managed to secure a face to face interview for Wednesday within Comcast, I'm pretty stoked about that. The screening interview with HR went really well (obviously or I wouldn't have gotten the second interview.)

Door to door sales would not be something I excel in either. I don't do very well pushing a product that someone has already said no to lol.

Okay gals, Nov. 14th is fast approaching, and right now the contract company who is taking us over is taking most of the calls. I am looking at getting back into the Sim world. I have SO missed you gals. First thing on the list of things to do... Get all records up to date. For those of you who have sold me Stock horses and dressage horses under contract, they're still on hiatus. Only because I have over 200 of them, and it seems silly to update the master lists a month before the year ends anyway.
Any horse that is not on a master list will begin (or resume) showing in 2012. I will also be updating show records from the past. I do believe with the exception of a couple associations, all my records are mostly up to date, possibly missing the last couple months worth of shows since I've been gone.
Tessa, Thank you SO Much for helping me out with the ASWA and ASDC. You are a life saver, as always.
So glad to be back! I've missed you girls!!
