These horses were recently returned to me, and because of my already hefty show string, I've decided to offer them to the Community. I am going to be extremely picky about who these kids go home with.

My sales contract will be strictly enforced on each horse, and if failure to adhere to the contract then I will reclaim.

Sales Contract

All horses are encompassed under this contract unless otherwise stated, and this will be strictly adhered to


Showing
I require my horses to be shown once a month, unless otherwise notified. I understand that everyone has things come up, and real life should take priority. If this happens, a post on either SAI or WF will suffice. I will judge activity by records updated on the horse's page... If a horse's page goes "inactve" (no results posted for two months) I will reclaim the horse, and you may not be allowed to purchase from me again.

Buy Backs
I require buybacks to ALL horses, unless otherwise stated. A note of this MUST be on the horse's page, Without it, the sale is not considered finalized, and if not updated in a timely manner will result in the horse being reclaimed.

Pages
An active, working Page URL should be provided within 10 days of sale. Without it, the sale is not finalized, and the horse will be reclaimed. I do not require that you have an HTML coded site, but I do require that if you are using proboards, it not be password protected. If I can't access your horses, no sale.

Training
Disciplines may NOT be changed without consent. Most requests to change a horse's discipline will not be accepted, however under certain circumstances a change will be considered. Most horses are bred for their particular discipline, and will not excell in other disciplines.

Prefixes & breedings
When a foal is bred from one our stock, I reserve partial buyback rights (I.e. If you breed your mare to my stallion, or use one of my mares to breed to your stallion), unless otherwise stated. If a foal is bred from both my horses stats will be done by myself, with requests considered. (most often, these requests will be granted, so long as they are within reason). If you read the contract, please make sure you put "Jules has funky toe socks" in the plans for the horse. Foals sired by a Caughey Stud do not require our prefix, unless bred with a Caughey mare. All foals by our mares MUST have our prefix, this is not negotiable.

CI MUST be placed at the beginning of the foal's name if bred from one of our studs. The prefix may not at any time be removed or changed. Nor may other prefixes be added, unless it is a title for an association.

Importing
I do not allow importing. Don't ask, the request will be denied. Arguing with me with ensure you do not get to purchase horses from me in the future.

Reclaiming
If any portion of this contract is not followed, horses will be reclaimed, and you may risk being prohibited from purchasing any more of our stock.

Okay, so RRB Taleda would be shown in prospect classes for Dressage, and Jumpers until she reaches the age of three where she'll start in very basic dressage classes only. At the age of four, she'll move into a harder level of dressage and start jumping. After that, it depends on how she does in the classes, If she's beating other horses behinds, she will move up quickly. If not, she'll stay where she is.


Horse: RRB Sharp Girl
Plans: RRB Sharp Girl will be used for cutting and other cow classes within SAI and the RCHA. She will move up as she gains titles and will be a great addition to the western side of CMTR. When she retires, she will be available for breeding to limited stallions and will only have 3-4 foals.

Plans for horse: She would be shown with the RCHA and ASSHA and later on with the ASWCHA and ASPR. The latter two I am a little inactive with at the moment because of a lack of time. After titling out in these associations she would be retired to brood and be shown in Halter only.

Plans for horse: He would also be shown regularly with the RCHA and ASSHA. Plus, with the ASWCH and ASQHR when I have more time. After titling out in each of these associations he would be retired to stud and only shown in Halter.
