They finally have opened up the voting for the gypsy vanner gelding and I would love all of your help if you have the time. If you have the chance, could you go to Lexlin Gypsy Ranch and "like" their page. Go to their "Win A Gypsy Vanner - Honoring Our Heros" photo album and vote for Steven (he's in third row, second picture over). To vote, all you have to do is like the essay.
Any help is greatly appreciated!
Thank you ladies! Tessa

If you ladies haven't had a chance to vote yet, could you? It would really mean a lot to me!
If you don't mind passing it on, I would greatly appreciate it!
Thanks guys! Tessa

Unfortunately we didn't The guy that won was a retired marine who ended up putting the his story on the local news channel and the information on how to vote.
It sucks, but it's alright. I think I've found a paint mare instead, which is a lot more our "style" lol.

Aw, that's cheating! LOL...oh well...at least you tried, and at least the paint mare won't have all that hair to take care of! That's wonderful that you guys are considering getting a horse.

Hehe...Im actually considering getting two more once we get the barn up. I've got my gelding who's going on 12 now and I love him to pieces, but I want to get a younger horse that can be my project horse. Im looking at Molly right now, shes got amazing bloodlines (her sire is a 7 time AQHA World Champion & 10 time AQHA Congress Champion) and her movements are beautiful (I'd really love to have Bert, but I don't have the extra $20k laying around lol). The only thing stopping me on her is the fact that she is in Arizona, if I were still in Texas, it wouldn't be bad lol.
Im also thinking about getting a pony for Hanna. She's getting her first saddle for her first birthday in October, so Im thinking she may need something to go along with that saddle lol.
I'd probably have two new horses if we had the barn up and we weren't keeping Sebastian on post. Hopefully once we get the barn up (in October), Steven will let me get them lol.

Oh, she's really cute! They have some nice horses for sale. I love her socks, but I'm a sucker for bays with high socks though. How exciting for Hanna, too! Have to start 'em young, lol
