I'm thinking about doing an incentive for members who host RCHA shows. What I'm thinking is having special sales only open to those people who host at least one show in a certain period.
I'm thinking of doing one sale for each season, which would be open to those members that have hosted a member-held RCHA show in that period. You only need to host one show to be eligible, so it won't take much to get in. But I'm hoping that it will bump up that activity the members have in the RCHA. I remember when there used to be so many member-held RCHA shows a week that Meaghan actually put a limit on how many you could host in a week lol. (not that I think it will get THAT crazy again)
Horses would be creates (and maybe a homebred or two of mine, and any others if somebody wanted to donate). The only condition the creates would have is being required to be shown in the RCHA at least once a month (unless on hiatus) and if they "disappear" or are not shown with the RCHA in several months, the RCHA would reclaim and resell the horse. (By disappear, I mean the owner is GONE and contact cannot be made.) (Hombreds would be under contract, of course)
Does this make sense? And do people like the idea or have any suggestions?
My idea is that the board would be password protected and those who are eligible would be given the password for that season when the sale opens. And only those that are eligible may offer on horses.
I also still need to work on the Certification Incentive and Adoption Programs. Lol.
