We woke up this morning to Samson throwing a fit as a truck sped off of our property. We let Sam out to investigate and to our surprise the truck had thrown out 6 little pups. We immediately brought them in from the old..It's only 35 deg. outside...We wrapped them up in warm towels adn as Sam watched over them and lay near them..I called both the police to report the truck and then my on-call vet to have him come check the pups for any harm and diseases.. 2 of the boys are obviously pure Catahoula Currs. and the other 4 are mixes and all are around 7-8 weeks old. They are able to eat soft foods and use the bathroom on their own all over my floor. I have them in a puppy pen for now as the vet has just given them a worming treatment and can administer their shots soon. Is anyone out their willing to adopt just one of these precious babies? Puppy LinkYou can visit EA for pictures and basic info. None of these pups have a pedigree and 4 need breed info?! Thanks for looking! Dixie

I'd love to take the 2 Catahoula boys. I've fallen in love with the breed and have been looking for some to bring to Berkshire East. They'll most likely be shown in conformation for the time being.

Joelle, luckily someone got ahold to me via pm just before you posted wanting only 1 of the curr pups. The other is more than welcome to go home with you.
All that is left are the adorable mix pups.
After consluting with my vet one more time as she gave the curr boys their first shots, she took a clloser look at the mixes..she said they could be either boxer lab or boxer bulldog mix. then she reminded me to tell the owners to have them spayed or nuetered to prevent unwanted pups in the future.

If it's possible, I'd love to purchase one of the mixed breeds. I don't have a site up yet but I can get one up very soon. Which of the puppies seem most suitable for farm life? As a companion, perhaps some competing.

Both of the tan and white pups are great around horses. They won't nip or chase the horses here. The black and white one has become a bit of a lap dog adn hates having to go outside. The last red one is too protective to be considered family friendly and may be suitable for protection work. Also, if interested, you can check out the rescue board I have and see if you see something you like there! Feel free to request a certain dog if wanted. EA Doggie Rescue

If you have any Labradors or Siberian Husky's, i would be interested in giving them a home. They can be any age and gender.
