Conditions Of Sale
- Not First come, First Served.
- I require page URLs on ALL horses (Including Condition Free horses) within 7 days.
- No horse may be imported into any game. (Includes Condition Free horses)
- All horses MUST go.

Sales Contracts/Terms:
Here are my Sales Contracts.

Buybacks only means that I need to be notified before the horse is sold. Reclimation rights are reserved with buybacks rights, and if a horse is being neglected or abused [not shown, over shown, over bred] I reserve the right to take it back.

Condition Free means I just require a page URL for the horse to let me know you've gotten their stats. After the page URL, I have no say in what you do with the horse.

Most horses have the following conditions:
- First Refusal rights = Should the horse ever be sold, I have the right to buy it back from you at the price you have listed for it.
- Page URL at all times = I require a page URL at all times for the horse.
- Must be shown = The horse must be shown in at least two shows a month in it's selected discipline.

What happens if conditions are not followed?
First time = PMed warning letting you know what conditions I feel are not being met.

Second time = Second PM warning letting you know what conditions are not being met and letting you know that if those conditions are not met I will reclaim the horse.

Third time = Third PM letting you know what conditions were not met, and a notice of reclamation.

If a horse is imported, no URL is given within 7 days, or if a horse is listed in your stable without approval of sale immediate reclamation will occur and banning you from breeding or owning any horses of mine is possible.
