Please be cognizant of these terms and conditions when applying to any Caughey Inc Studs. - Caughey Inc retains the rights to the resulting foal.
What does this mean? This means that if you go inactive for several months, and the foal is not competing, I retain the right to reclaim the foal, or delete the foal from the sire's progeny list. This includes if show records have not been updated on the foal's page. I will always contact the owner in some way before reclaiming.
- All mares MUST be approved.
This includes, but is not limited to: Three generations behind the mare's breeding. Acceptable breeds, certain crosses will not be accepted. Discipline crossing, I.E. a pleasure stallion will not be allowed to breed to a working cow horse.
- Caughey Inc must have an active url at all times for any foals by our stallions. If a link is broken, ample time will be given to fix the mistake, but once the warning has passed we retain the right to delete the foal from the sire's progeny or reclaim.
- All foals MUST remain at least 3 years younger than their sire, though 4 is preferred.
- I reserve the right to refuse any mares without explanation.
Caughey Inc stallions will be offered for the holiday special - and likely at no other time for 2011. Reserves will not be accepted, all breedings being live cover.
