Zenith Fracas
2005 15.0hh Chestnut Blanket Appaloosa [x Arabian] Mare
Western Pleasure, Western Trail, Western Riding
CR Crashin The Party (Heza Bar Bouncer x Darksatin) x *Arclight (Sensation Al Z x HK Fanzia)
This gorgeous mare is everything you could hope for in an Arabian cross- she has the fantastic patterning from her Appaloosa sire, combined with the delicate features, size and action of an Arabian. Shown successfully on the PHA and AHAC circuits, this girl has the opportunity to do amazing things in the right hands. A must look at for Arabian breeders wanting something a little special, with the potential to go all the way to the top in western pleasure, being a granddaughter of the first ever Triple Crown winner in westren pleasure, Sensation Al Z.
SO Zefir
2005 14.3hh Bay Polish Arabian Stallion
Training Eventing
Samsheik (Sambor x Cassels Genua) x Zenzational (Monarch AH x Zoraliera)
Zefir is a pure bred Polish son of Samsheik, a well-known racehorse who established his international racing credentials in the US and UK while running distances between 5 and 12 furlongs. Among his US victories are the Florida Arabian Cup (G3) and Florida-Bred Open H. Samsheik, in turn, is a son of Sambor, 1969 US National Champion Racehorse, Region 16 Champion Stallion, Regional Parkhorse Champion and East Coast Champion Stallion. Zefir is out of a Monarch AH daughter, the 1991 Racing Horse Of The Year, and a son of Wiking, one of the all time leading sires of Arabian racehorses and 1985 IAHA Arabian Race Horse of the Year and a Arabian Horse Trust Racing Hall of Fame inductee. This stallion was born to race, and will no doubt produce amazing racing offspring. Retired early from racing, due to a lack of available races, this stallion is now putting his stamp on lower level eventing. One for the racehorse breeder, or someone who wants something to add a bit of strength and sportiness to their Arabian breeding program.
Fader
1997 15.0hh Grey Crabbet-Related Arabian Stallion
Novice Eventing
Blue Faranarz (Fadlak x Falanga) x Fawora (Wigwam x Abu Farwa)
Fader was sired by BLUE FARANARZ, a 1990 son of FADLAK, an Arabian stallion born in Sweden, who in turn is a son of CASHMIR, a half Old English (inlcuding just over 40% Crabbet blood) and half Polish stallion who was the Siba Champion Stallion in 1986. FADLAK's dam is AYSCHA, also from Sweden, and possessing 50% Crabbet and 50% Polish blood, which makes FADLAK roughly half Polish and half Crabbet. BLUE FARANARZ'S dam is a daughter of ALGOMEJ, a stallion who won the Swedish National Champion Stallion title in 1980, and who has a small amount of Crabbet blood. FALANGA's dam, FARBA, was also a Polish-bred horse with some Crabbet blood.
Fader's dam is FAWORA, a 1993 daughter of WIGWAM, a stallion bred in Poland and a son of PROBAT, who won the Swedish National Champion Stallion title during his lifetime. PROBAT was also the sire of PIRUET (World Champion twice) and FAWOR (World Champion) along with numerous other champion offspring. He had a small amount of Crabbet blood. WIGWAM also inherited some Crabbet blood from his dam, WIZJA. FAWORA's dam is ABU FARWA, a mare also bred in Sweden and is the daughter of a GWARNY son. GWARNY was a chief sire in Poland during his lifetime, and was the sire of BALON, a Swedish and Polish National Champion Stallion.
Fader was bred for endurance, and would produce exceptional endurance foals. It was only due to a lack of interest in endurance that he was retrained as a superb little eventing horse.
SO Fixated **Pending sale to Mallory**
2009 15.0hh Bay Egyptian-Related Arabian Colt
Dressage, English Pleasure, Pleasure Driving Prospect
*An Overlooked Obsession [Versace x Overlooks Jewel] x *Anadil [Aziza Al Dunn x Aziza Serr Anadah]
SO Fixated is the first ever foal from one of Saraid's prize broodmares, straight Egyptian, *Anadil, to be offered for sale. This gorgeous 2-year-old combines the very best in sporty, successful bloodlines. His sire is *An Overlooked Obsession, owned by Saraid, who passes his type, temperament and success to his offspring. He is a son of the late, great Versace, who needs no introduction, who in turn is a son of famous Bey Shah son, Fame VF. *An Overlooked Obsession is out of an Alada Baskin I daughter out of a daughter of Graffizon, 1975 US Top Ten Stallion Championships in halter, western pleasure, driving, most classic, and Get-of Sire.
*Anadil, SO Fixated's dam, has been carving out a place for herself in Saraid's history for the past couple of years. Her foals all carry her stamp, and have proved themselves in various disciplines. But, unlike a lot of Arabians, she also has the potential to produce top sporthorses. In 2009 she was one of very few Arabians approved by the Equine Revolution Warmblood Association. She is now an approved Hannoverian, as well as an awesome producer of amazing Arabian foals. She is sired by the black stallion, Aziza Al Dunn, a horse from the rare Kuhaylah Khrush Strain and a straight Egyptian Arabian. Throughout the last one hundred years, Kuhaylah Khrush horses have been considered to be some of the best, and Aziza Al Dunn is "pure of the strain". This stallion is most noted for his "great beauty, correct conformation, dead level croup, large expressive eyes, and outstanding disposition", which is largely evident in *Anadil, who possesses many of her sire's complimentary characteristics. While not shown, Aziza Al Dunn is a class A champion producer, and a descendant of El Khahil through Bint Shabaa I. *Anadil is a full-sibling to a couple of other arabians out of the mare, Aziza Serr Anadah. Her siblings are all black arabians by Aziza Al Dunn. Aziza Serr Anadah is by the Egyptian stallion, *Adhem.
SO Fixated has the pedigree to go all the way. He has proved consistent in hand, achieving many Champions in AHA shows and elsewhere. This little guy has the genetic ability to go all the way.
