Due to the sheer size of Caughey Inc nowadays, I am posting my summer foal crop in "sections" to make it a little more manageable. Part I will include my Warmbloods and Thoroughbreds. I have mostly swedish warmbloods available from the warmblood section, but a few other breeds managed to squeek in. The majority of my thoroughbred foals are trained for racing, and i would like to see them competing in the INJC - though this is not a requirement.
If you see a horse you like, please be aware of the following stipulations.
1. Nothing on the horse's stats may be changed. The one thing that MAY be changed is the age. However, I do require that the foal remain at LEAST 4 years young than both parents. Also please note that their birth year will not change on their parent's pages. If I bred the horse as a 3 year old, the age will remain 3 on the parent's pages.
2. I retain Full Buyback rights. This means should you not be able to care for the horse, or need to downsize, it comes back to be, no questions asked.
3. Reclaiming: This is a sensitive topic, but one I will not budge on. I expect my homebreds to be kept active in whatever associations they can fit into. My warmbloods MUST show in the ASWA. The thoroughbreds do not have specific association show requirements, but I would LOVE to see them competing in the INJC, as it will do nothing but help out their parents, and earn you a bunch of cash. If foals go inactive for more than 6 months - regardless of a posted hiatus notice, I will reclaim. I sold them to new owners to be shown, not sit and gather dust. If, and when you return to sim, if you can handle taking them back (meaning have the time to deal with them and keep them active) I will gladly return the horse to your ownership. Should you need to leave sim again, before a year has passed since your last return, I will need to seriously consider whether or not to return the horse to you, should you decide to return to sim after the second hiatus.
4. Pages: As stated previously, I need to have an active link at all times for horses. These links should include all the horse's basic stats, their pedigree, a note that I retain buybacks, and the horse's full show record. This last bit is important, as it is what I use to judge whether an owner is active or not. If a horse hasn't had show records updated in 6 months, the owner will be given the chance to update them. Should the owner fail to update the horse's page within a month from the notification, the contract will be considered breached, and the horse reclaimed.
Now that you've read all that tedius stuff up there... Lets take a look at the foals shall we!?
